Hi, I’m Dr. Sharon!

Welcome to Little Lambs, I am thrilled you are here.

I’m an Indian born, Jersey raised, official Lakeland girl. I’ve been a Physical Therapist since 2019 and have had the privilege of working with people across the lifespan, from little ones just starting out to older adults who have lived a full colorful life. My heart, though, has always been with the littles.

Becoming a mother to two precious little girls has changed the way I show up in this field. It gave me a deeper calling: to support other moms (& Dads) in one of the most tender, overwhelming, and beautiful seasons of life.

Little lambs reflects my heart as it was born out of my own struggles as a new mom learning to advocate for my children. This space is intended especially for expecting mothers, newborns, and toddlers. It is designed to guide families through early milestones with clarity, compassion, and confidence. I’ve seen too many parents feel anxious, unsure, and alone. I want to change that. I’m here to educate, empower, and walk beside you, so no parent feels lost during those crucial early years.

Little lambs will offer one-on-one care that is fully personalized, unrushed, and free from insurance limitations. We are a cash-based practice, where every session is focused solely on what your child and family truly need.

My prayer is that this space becomes a blessing—for the babies who grow stronger, for the parents who gain peace of mind, and for the families who feel seen and supported.
